Hi, I’m James Roberts founder of Jim Buys houses, I have been buying and investing in real estate for over 32 Years mainly in the UK but having moved to Christchurch 8 years ago after visiting New Zealand for the last 20 years on holidays and visiting family I decided to settle down in Christchurch.

In August of last year, the property market in Christchurch and now the rest of New Zealand started to change and I sold my Digital Marketing company to pursue my passion for property and set up my property solutions and investing business full time.

I have a passion for helping people solving problems and have a way of creating solutions completely outside the box that are Win-Win for all parties involved. I use my combination of property investing through the ups and downs of the UK property market along with owning several businesses over the years from a printing company, canal holiday boat company, removal company though to business systems and digital marketing company.

I feel this helps me relate very quickly to a very wide range of people from all walks of life, and I love to bring solutions that solve property problems and help people who think their options are very limited and showing them how I can turn this around and make it work for them.
